This is the beginning of a phantasmagoric journey, a unique synthesis of gastro-philosophy, art and entertainment. In a first act of metamorphosis, fat deposits in guests are transformed into energy and gold is formed into edible sculptures. The room is replete with orgiastic colours and textures: a psychoti c vision of excess, in which all the senses are overtaxed.
